Backstage Reaction To Adam Rose Suspension Outburst
Our top story today is the backstage reaction to Adam Rose’s controversial comments on his WWE suspension.
As a brief recap, the WWE announced that Adam Rose and Konnor were suspended about two weeks ago for a second violation of their Wellness Policy. This led to Adam Rose unexpectedly speaking out about the situation on Twitter, saying he didn’t do anything knowingly wrong and that he followed all the policy’s correct protocol. He also pointed out that him speaking out was “tantamount to career suicide.”
According to PWInsider, many wrestlers backstage in WWE were shocked by Rose’s outburst, but his speaking out has earned him a lot of respect in the locker room.
WWE officials, on the other hand, were reportedly not aware Rose was going to make the statement and were very surprised that he did so in such a public way.
In that original post, Rose did promise a more official statement on the suspension, with another statement from his doctor, but he hasn’t released anything since.
He’s really taking that Social Outcasts gimmick seriously.
